Our House

Here are some before pictures of our house. They are in a weird order but it's late and I don't want to mess with them:

Stairs

Loft upstairs
Laundry room, off the loft
Guest Bathroom

Will-be office

Will-be nursery

Master

Master

Master Closet

Closet again
Master Bath
Loft again

Downstairs, door to backyard

Kitchen

Family Room

More Family room (the tile is the dining room and start of the kitchen)

1/2 Bath downstairs

Other side of the stairs (front door is to the right of the photographer, the living room is behind, the family room is on the other side of the stairs from here.)

Front room/Living Room
Not pictured is the guest bedroom which is off the loft next to the laundry room. Everything is closed and it's ours now! It's weird to think we are now considered "homeowners". I don't feel old enough for that...

George Laughing

George has been laughing for well over a month but it is really hard to catch this on video because he gets so distracted when he sees the camera and stops whatever he is doing. But we did it!

3 Months

George is three months old as of yesterday. It's amazing how much he is learning and growing! He half rolls over but not until he starts crying because he absolutely abhors tummy time. He does okay for about a minute and a half, then he is in tears. But he can lift his head and chest and will even do a little Superman action by lifting his legs as well. We have started him on a new night time schedule which is proving to be disastrous. He used to sleep from about 8 pm to 10 pm and then he would get a bath and get in his jammies and then eat and sleep until 6 am or so. I decided to start giving him a bath at around 7 as is suggested by one of the books I have been following. So, he gets a bath at 7 pm and is sleeping about 7:30. Then I dream feed him when we go to bed which is usually around 10 pm. But he now wakes up around 3 or 4 am. This may be because he is going through a 3 month growth spurt. If this continues for another week, I will be going back to our original routine. I mean, he is still technically sleeping about 8 hours since he doesn't wake up to eat during the dream feed but according to the book, he should sleep 8 hours from the time he finishes his last feeding at 10 pm. And he goes right back to sleep after eating at 3 or 4 so I can't complain too much. But he spoiled me for so long. Hopefully he will go back to sleeping through the night or I will have to change his bed time back to 10 pm. I just see this becoming a problem when he gets older and manipulative and is used to getting in the bath at 10. He is still just as darling as ever (Exhibit A and B):
